Garden varieties
We’ve moved a few of our tomato plants and lettuce to our garden this week. Â The strawberry plants continue to blossom and berries are starting to show. Â Some of the poppies are blooming and potato plants have been hilled up.
We’ve moved a few of our tomato plants and lettuce to our garden this week. Â The strawberry plants continue to blossom and berries are starting to show. Â Some of the poppies are blooming and potato plants have been hilled up.
The strawberry plants in the garden continue to get more flowers, and we have some mint amongst the strawberries. Â The potato plants are getting bigger as well. Â The poppy flowers are starting too, with a few of our newly planted sunflowers sprouting next to them. Inside, we have a bushel of tomato plants and some lettuce too.
We visited the garden today, and our strawberry plants are taking over one of the boxes. Â We’ve planted sunflowers, but no sign of them yet.
We returned from our trip to find our garden with an abundance of lettuce along with our new poppies and further growth in our potato and strawberry plants
Checking our garden today brought a pail full of strawberries. Â And it looks like there’s more on the way.
Spinach has started growing in our garden, as well as potatoes. Â We also planted some beets; hopefully they will do well. Â It looks like we’re going to have lots of strawberries this year.
We started a bunch more cherry tomatoes inside this year, starting them from seed. Â We also have parsley, cilantro, spinach, garlic and potatoes on the go. Â Our strawberries are coming back again this year as well.
We transplanted our raspberry plant to a larger pot to allow it to flourish a bit more.
